Contact UsBehind every milestone, crisis averted, and daily comfort, someone worked out of sight. YMAD exists to send gratitude back to the people who may never otherwise see the lives they impact.
Behind every milestone, there are people working out of sight whose dedication made it possible.
When my son earned his instrument rating, it was not only a personal achievement. It was also supported by air traffic controllers at different facilities who guided him and helped keep the skies safe throughout his training.
His message of thanks is where You Made A Difference begins.
Jordan’s message to air traffic control is just the beginning. In the future, this platform will expand to deliver direct, sincere messages of gratitude to dedicated workers behind the scenes across many walks of life.
From police officers and 911 dispatchers to hospital teams, utility crews restoring storm-damaged lines, flight crews, and countless others—these roles are rarely visible and seldom thanked, yet everyday life would come to a halt without them.
Wherever someone works selflessly out of the spotlight to keep our communities moving, safe, and supported, YMAD plans to make sure that gratitude reaches them.
